About Me

Training With Kelly 

Hello! I’m Kelly and yes, that is me! I’ve been involved in all things sport, health and exercise related for as long as I can remember. I’m highly qualified and have been helping people just like you achieve their health and fitness goals for over two years now!

I qualified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and corrective exercise specialist; but prior to this I also have qualifications in sport science, sport psychology & football coaching. So I could chew your ear off for ages for all things sport and fitness! I’ve been on my own different journeys from losing weight, to gaining muscle and sport specific training and now I really want to help people achieve and sustain their health related goals!

Online training may seem like a different way of doing things compared to the ‘norm’ but it can be used by anyone, anywhere, in a convenient, flexible and affordable way, meaning I can help more people than before 😀 – although i do still provide the in-person services for anyone who is local!

I have a long history in sports and exercise with a range of different experience across sports including teaching and a specific sport science background. If you have questions or goals related to a specific sport then feel free to drop me a message today! Additionally, I have qualifications as a nutrition coach as well as a background history of nutrition from a physiological view point.

I needed a 6 month programme that would enable me to pass a test to become a firefighter. I sent Kelly the test I needed to pass and she designed a 6 month programme that changed each month. Each month focusing on a new area and ensuring that I would be well equipped to pass the test. 4 workouts a week that were always interesting and increasing in difficulty so my strength and capabilities increased.
